Our Members’ Perspective On Cleaning Air Ducts In Their Homes

Ever since 2020 when Covid-19 hit us hard, the members in our business community and in our Temples have talked about things that will help defend their families against the virus. Ideas like consuming foods, supplements and health drinks that boost the immune system were the main ones being shared. But one of our Las Vegas members said he experienced the most relief when he cleaned out his air ducts in his home. His testimony was that the allergies at this time are different and very unbearable for him and his family. So when he cleaned the air ducts and the air inside his home was healthy and clean, the allergies were gone. The main reason he did this was to lower the spread of the virus in case one of his 9 family members in the home got Covid or a flu. He read these benefits online and rented the machines he needed to do the work. As a side note, this shows us that a devoted man with a loving family can really make big differences and lead his family (or others) to better places.

Air Duct Cleaning Companies Can Clean The Vents For You

After his testimony to the group, other members took action the following weeks to do the same for their families. Some of them called local companies and hired them to clean their air ducts for them. About 5 of our members did this, 1 of them had a terrible experience with the service they paid for. It was a company called Vegas Air Duct Cleaning that did the bad job. The worker left the house dirty and did not clean the entire vent, only about a foot inside the vents were clean but the rest stayed dirty. The cleaning person them that they don’t have the equipment that cleans the full air duct. So BE CAREFUL with these kinds of companies that don’t really clean the air ducts. Another of our members used a service in Las Vegas on Craigslist. But they also didn’t like the work that was done by them. General cleaning and restoration services in Las Vegas also don’t do the same work that a specialist can do.

Then, one of our members tried an air duct cleaning company called Breathe Clean. They had such a good service that 2 other members also hired them, and they loved the service too. As you all know, when we find great businesses outside our Zoroastrian community; especially ones that meet our principles, share our values, and care about their customers, we tell all our members about them! It helps our members not waste time or money or get involved with bad people; and it helps the business do better and help more people at the same time. For Breathe Clean Air Duct Cleaning Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and the rest of the Valley is where they provide service. Our members in Pahrump can’t use them, but please talk to other members if you don’t have a good service to use.

Using The Air Duct Cleaning Equipment Yourself

Clean air duct in my home that I did myself using rented cleaning equipment.
This is the air duct in my house that I cleaned with rented equipment from the local Home Depot. I wish I took a photo before I cleaned it because this is a very big difference!

As I mentioned earlier some of our members rented equipment and they found out how to do it here. You can find the rental equipment for cheap at Home Depot and you can also ask the workers there for advice on how to use it. They’ll show you around all the tools and they showed one of our members a video that was very helpful. We recommend our female members get some help as the equipment is heavy and can be hard to maneuver. If not handled properly the air in your home won’t be clean and the air vents and ducts will stay dirty.

Our member Anand has offered to help anyone in the Bombay Parsi Punchayet community to figure out how to use the equipment. He also knows how to clean the A/C units and devices connected to the system. I did my own cleaning myself and all the air ducts are totally clean now. It took hours to do but it was worth it for me. My allergies are down and I also read somewhere that if allergies are under control then your immune system is more effective; especially to fight against disease and viruses like Covid or the flu.

To conclude, all of our Las Vegas members are encouraged to share their thoughts with us and help the other members make this change. It makes a big difference for our health and we need to continue to keep our community strong.

    Jill Dyson Music Angel Street

    Music on Religion

Jill Dyson is a famous musician and songwriter that supports a ministry called Angel Street. Although not Zoroastrian in nature, she does hold to be an important influence on others in a good way that BPP agrees with completely. Anyone who is attempting to gain relevant information as to how they should act and treat one another would recognize others that stand for the same thing. Jill Dyson is one of these types of people that stand for peace.

No matter the religion, no matter what God or Gods people follow – what matters is that they treat others the way they’d like to be treated – with kindness, compassion and respect. All over the place there are people hating one another based on religion alone and not their core beliefs. If a lot of these people started only listening to one another rather than share the same “stories” over and over again that may or may not be 100% true; they’d understand that we all want the same thing. The goal with religion is to live a great life on this planet and be in harmony as much as we possibly can. Anyone who stands for the same thing knows that the world would be a better place if everyone knew this and behaved in a way to make it happen.

The specifics in each religion varies from each and every single one. The main point is, if anyone’s God is going to reward GOOD people with paradise, it doesn’t matter if those people understood the specifics on the people that are involved in their stories. What matters is that we all learn the same thing, and become good people respecting one another, even with different religions. Having arguments about who’s story is the truth or the right one is absolutely ridiculous to the main goal God has in plan for us all. It’s the opposite of what God wants. Music is a great way to bring this message to others while impacting millions of people. Those who are truly “Christian”, “Zoroastrian”, “Mormon”, etc. would all understand that God wants us all to be in harmony and at peace; and they would spread the word of THIS concept – rather than the constant recycling of specific details of stories within holy books.

    Music Lessons for Spirituality Enhancement

Learning Music Sparks Creativity & Enlightenment

Music is a magical thing that is on this planet. It sparks and ignites the fire that fuels creativity and enlightenment. In the Zoroastrian community, this is imperative for our children and loved ones we’d like to inspire. Learning how to play an instrument helps us be more at peace with ourselves and with others. When you can share something as beautiful as music with others, you become someone who shares in other areas as well. Particularly, you start becoming someone who shares beautiful things with others.

Being at one with yourself also means becoming one with the universe and with others as well. When you begin to embrace the oneness the universe is, you’ll begin to stretch out of your comfort zone in many areas while feeling like you’re comfortable. There’s a beauty in this. When you start to see this you’ll notice massive changes in your life and you’ll want to share this with other people you care about. If you’re currently having trouble with this, learning how to read and play music will free you and get you started. Actually, you’ll be getting started in a great way. The faster you begin, the sooner it will be that you become the person you’ve always been meant to be. Start now, and we’ll help you lead the way.

    Helping the Community

We have helped people in many ways within our community at BPP. We strongly look forward to continuing the support we’ve been giving as well. Man will always be at one with themselves if they are at peace with others. Which comes first, being at peace with yourself or others? Some say one way some say the other. In our teachings, they tell us to go the route that is most fit to who we are as people to begin with. What we like to do most in our lives will effect this immensely. Having a teacher or mentor who has already at one and peace with himself and others is a way to get there quicker. Music, surprisingly can speed up the rate of this happening as well.

Think about when you’re in your own head and by yourself listening to music you love. When you do this, you’re probably feeling free. And if you don’t feel completely free, your perspective needs to change. Having a perspective that makes you feel free is very liberating and converts into peacefulness. People who don’t feel free entirely when listening to music must not understand how others in the world may be feeling at the time.

If you think about it, there are tons of children and families elsewhere that can’t listen to other peoples’ music on a regular basis. They have to tap their hands and feet together to create it; but many of those people don’t have the freedom to even do that. You should feel blessed to have this way of living and behaving at your disposal.

Music Lessons Cure the Soul of Past Habits

Past habits actually means current habits. When you remember old habits you had that were bad when you were young, you can easily name a few; you’ll realize that most of these old habits are still active. While having bad habits, you will never be able to accomplish what you’d like to, nor be able to pass it on to others like your children. This is a must in the Zoroastrian community to be able to pass on to our children a great sense and feeling of spiritual well-being. You can’t do that unless you feel this way yourself. And you can’t feel this way yourself if you don’t get rid of your bad habits.

One of the best ways to rid your bad habits is to instill new ones in place of the old ones. It’s quite obvious that the new ones should be good habits instead of replacing bad with a different type of bad. Learning music lessons is one of the best ways to do this as well as learning a new language. Anything that brings with it the learning and continuous training to build is a good habit! In our Las Vegas chapter meet, we have someone in our community that recommended Music Lessons Las Vegas as the best music instructor he’s been to. After doing our research, we think MLLV meets the cut to be able to give them our trust, at least to our Las Vegas residents. Having an instructor of any kind that you trust is a must. Without trust, our relationships are meaningless and waste our valuable time we can spend serving others.

Curing the soul includes pulling the roots out of our old ways that are destructive. It also includes embracing new ways that are constructive. We found after many studies done and our community members testifying that learning music is the best way to get rid of past bad habits and becoming more at peace.
